Weighted Average Contract Rate definition

Weighted Average Contract Rate means, as to any Remittance Date, the weighted average (determined by Scheduled Principal Balance) of the Contract Rates of all Contracts that were outstanding during the prior related Due Period.
Weighted Average Contract Rate means, as to any Distribution Date, the ------------------------------ weighted average (determined by Scheduled Principal Balance) of the Contract Rates of all Contracts that were outstanding during the prior related Monthly Period.
Weighted Average Contract Rate means, with respect to any Collection Period, the weighted average of the Contract Rates of the Receivables (but excluding any Non-Advance Receivable, as determined on the related Deposit Date), weighted based on the Principal Balance of each such Receivable as of the first day of such Collection Period. Examples of Weighted Average Contract Rate in a sentence

  • All Hold Rate, Net Weighted Average Contract Rate and One-Month LIBOR.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of the Class II A-2 Certificates or the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, interest payable on the Class II A-2 Certificates for an Interest Accrual Period shall never exceed for such Interest Accrual Period the amount of interest payable at the Net Weighted Average Contract Rate of the Group II Contracts in effect for such Interest Accrual Period.
