CLASS C RELEASE DATE definition

CLASS C RELEASE DATE means the first Distribution Date on which the Class A Investor Interest and the Class B Investor Interest have been reduced to zero;
CLASS C RELEASE DATE means the first Distribution Date on which the Class A1 Investor Interest, the Class A2 Investor Interest and the Class B Investor Interest have been reduced to zero;

  • Class A-4 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means January 17, 2023.

  • Class A-3 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means January 15, 2021.

  • Class A-2 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.

  • Class A-1 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.

  • Class A-3 Final Distribution Date means the November 15, 2019 Distribution Date.

  • Class A-4 Final Distribution Date means the July 15, 2020 Distribution Date.

  • Class C Final Distribution Date means the October 15, 2021 Distribution Date.

  • Final Scheduled Distribution Date means with respect to (i) the Class A-1 Notes, the February 8, 2017 Distribution Date, (ii) the Class A-2-A Notes, the June 10, 2019 Distribution Date, (iii) the Class A-2-B Notes, the June 10, 2019 Distribution Date, (iv) the Class A-3 Notes, the October 8, 2020 Distribution Date, (v) the Class B Notes, the March 8, 2021 Distribution Date, (vi) the Class C Notes, the January 10, 2022 Distribution Date, (vii) the Class D Notes, the February 8, 2022 Distribution Date and (viii) the Class E Notes, the September 8, 2023 Distribution Date.

  • Class A-2 Final Distribution Date has the meaning set forth in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Last Scheduled Distribution Date The Distribution Date in the month immediately following the month of the latest scheduled maturity date for any of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Class C Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class C Notes at the Class C Interest Rate on the Class C Note Balance on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Class C Noteholders on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Class A-4 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the June 16, 2025 Payment Date.

  • Class A-3 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in April 2027.

  • Class B Final Distribution Date means the August 16, 2021 Distribution Date.

  • Class C Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in December 2024.

  • Class D Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class D Notes at the Class D Interest Rate on the Class D Note Balance on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Class D Noteholders on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Class A-1 Final Distribution Date has the meaning set forth in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Class A-2 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in February 2020.

  • Class C Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of the Class C Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for the preceding Payment Date and any outstanding Class C Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall on such preceding Payment Date, over the amount in respect of interest that was actually paid to Noteholders of Class C Notes on such preceding Payment Date, plus interest on the amount of interest due but not paid to Noteholders of Class C Notes on the preceding Payment Date, to the extent permitted by law, at the Class C Interest Rate for the related Interest Period.

  • Interim Distribution Date means the date as soon as reasonably practicable after the Plan Implementation Date;

  • Class D Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in April 2021.

  • Class D Interest Carryover Shortfall With respect to any Distribution Date, as of the close of business on such Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Aggregate Class D Interest Distributable Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii) the amount that was actually deposited in the Note Distribution Account on such Distribution Date in respect of interest for the Class D Notes.

  • Class C Interest Carryover Shortfall With respect to any Distribution Date, as of the close of business on such Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Aggregate Class C Interest Distributable Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii) the amount that was actually deposited in the Note Distribution Account on such Distribution Date in respect of interest for the Class C Notes.

  • Class D Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of the Class D Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for the preceding Payment Date and any outstanding Class D Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall on such preceding Payment Date, over the amount in respect of interest that was actually paid to Noteholders of Class D Notes on such preceding Payment Date, plus interest on the amount of interest due but not paid to Noteholders of Class D Notes on the preceding Payment Date, to the extent permitted by law, at the Class D Interest Rate for the related Interest Period.

  • Accrued Class C Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Class C Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for such Payment Date and the Class C Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.

  • Class B Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in June 2021.
