Class B-2 Applied Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of all Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to the Mortgage Loans which have been applied to the reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-2 Certificates.

Class B-1 Applied Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of all Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to the Mortgage Loans which have been applied to the reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-1 Certificates.

Class B-3 Applied Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of all Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to the Mortgage Loans which have been applied to the reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-3 Certificates.

Applied Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the LIBOR Certificates after distributions of principal on such Distribution Date exceeds the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date.

Class M-1 Applied Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of all Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to the Mortgage Loans which have been applied to the reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates.

Class M-3 Applied Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of all Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to the Mortgage Loans which have been applied to the reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-3 Certificates.

Class M-2 Applied Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of all Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to the Mortgage Loans which have been applied to the reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates.

Unpaid Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Class of Subordinated Certificates and as to any Distribution Date, is the excess of (i) Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to such Class over (ii) the sum of all distributions in reduction of such Applied Realized Loss Amounts on all previous Distribution Dates. Any amounts distributed to a Class of Subordinated Certificates in respect of any Unpaid Realized Loss Amount will not be applied to reduce the Class Certificate Balance of such Class.

Class C Unpaid Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the excess of (1) the Class C Applied Realized Loss Amount over (2) the sum of (x) all distributions in reduction of the Class C Unpaid Realized Loss Amounts on all previous Distribution Dates and (y) all increases in the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class C Certificates pursuant to the last sentence of the definition of "Certificate Principal Balance."

Allocated Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Mezzanine Certificates, the sum of (i) any Realized Losses allocated to such Class of Certificates on such Distribution Date and (ii) the amount of any Allocated Realized Loss Amount for such Class of Certificates remaining unpaid from the previous Distribution Date.

Applied Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (x) the aggregate Certificate Principal Amount of the Certificates after giving effect to all Realized Losses incurred with respect to the Mortgage Loans during the related Collection Period and distributions of principal on such Distribution Date, but before giving effect to any application of the Applied Loss Amount with respect to such date, exceeds (y) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date.

Current Realized Loss Ratio With respect to any Distribution Date, the annualized percentage derived from the fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of the aggregate Realized Losses for the three preceding Prepayment Periods and the denominator of which is the arithmetic average of the Pool Scheduled Principal Balances for such Distribution Date and the preceding two Distribution Dates.

Net Realized Losses For any Class of Certificates and any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the amount of Realized Losses previously allocated to that Class over (ii) the amount of any increases to the Class Certificate Principal Balance of that Class pursuant to Section 5.08 due to Recoveries.

Class A Non-PO Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount distributed in respect of the Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph third clause (A) of Section 4.01(a).

Group II Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Group II Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii)(a) the Extra Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group II Allocation Percentage.

Class A-P Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and, with respect to any Mortgage Pool comprised of two or more Loan Groups, each Loan Group, an amount equal to the aggregate of:

Realized Losses means, with respect to any Receivable that becomes a Liquidated Receivable, the excess of the Principal Balance of such Liquidated Receivable over Net Liquidation Proceeds to the extent allocable to principal.

Group I Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Group I Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii)(a) the Extra Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group I Allocation Percentage.

Loan Group 1 Principal Distribution Amount or "Loan Group 2 Principal Distribution Amount"; fourth, as a recovery of Nonrecoverable Advances; fifth, in accordance with the Servicing Standards, as a recovery of any other amounts due and owing on such Mortgage Loan or Companion Loan, as applicable, including, without limitation, Penalty Charges, Yield Maintenance Charges and Excess Interest; and sixth, as a recovery of principal of such Mortgage Loan or Companion Loan, as applicable, to the extent of its entire unpaid principal balance. Notwithstanding the preceding, such provisions shall not be deemed to affect the priority of distributions of payments. To the extent that such amounts are paid by a party other than a Mortgagor, such amounts shall be deemed to have been paid in respect of a purchase of all or part of the Mortgaged Property (in the case of Insurance and Condemnation Proceeds or Liquidation Proceeds) and then paid by the Mortgagor under the Mortgage Loan or Companion Loan, as applicable, in accordance with the preceding sentence. Amounts collected on any REO Loan shall be deemed to be applied in accordance with the definition thereof.

Monthly Shared-Loss Amount means the change in the Cumulative Shared- Loss Amount from the beginning of each month to the end of each month.

Class A Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class A Floating Percentage of Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date, (b) the Class A Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (c) the amount of funds, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which, pursuant to subsection 4.12(d), are required to be included in Class A Available Funds with respect to such Distribution Date.

REMIC I Realized Losses For any Distribution Date, Realized Losses on Mortgage Loans in Loan Group I for the related Due Period shall be allocated to REMIC I Regular Interests LT1, LT2, LT3 and LT4 as follows: The interest portion of such Realized Losses, if any, shall be allocated to such REMIC I Regular Interests, pro rata according to the amount of interest accrued but unpaid thereon, in reduction thereof. Any interest portion of such Realized Losses in excess of the amount allocated pursuant to the preceding sentence shall be treated as a principal portion of Realized Losses not attributable to any specific Mortgage Loan and allocated pursuant to the succeeding sentences. The principal portion of such Realized Losses shall be allocated to such REMIC I Regular Interests as follows: (1) first, to REMIC I Regular Interests LT2, LT3 and LT4, pro rata according to their respective REMIC I Principal Reduction Amounts, provided that such allocation to such REMIC I Regular Interests shall not exceed their respective REMIC I Principal Reduction Amounts for such Distribution Date, and (2) second, any Realized Losses not allocated to such REMIC I Regular Interests pursuant to the proviso of clause (1) above shall be allocated to REMIC I Regular Interest LT1.

Certificate Monthly Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, interest accrued for the related Interest Accrual Period at the Certificate Rate on the Certificate Balance on the immediately preceding Payment Date after giving effect to all payments of principal to Certificateholders on or prior to such Payment Date (or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Original Certificate Balance).

REMIC I Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the REMIC I Remittance Rate for REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTAA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.

Subordination Depletion Date Interest Shortfall With respect to any Distribution Date that occurs on or after the Subordination Depletion Date with respect to any Unscheduled Principal Receipt (other than a Prepayment in Full or Curtailment):
