Class B Contingent Monthly Funding Costs definition

Class B Contingent Monthly Funding Costs means, with respect to each Series 2010-6 Interest Period and any Purchaser Group, the excess, if any, of (i) the Class B Monthly Funding Costs of such Purchaser Group for such Series 2010-6 Interest Period over (ii) an amount equal to the sum for each day during such Series 2010-6 Interest Period of the product of (x) the Class B Purchaser Group Invested Amount with respect to such Purchaser Group on such day and (y) the sum of Daily Simple SOFR and 4.00%, divided by 360.

  • The aggregate amount, if any, of such deficiency as of any Distribution Date, together with the aggregate unpaid amount of any such deficiencies with respect to all prior Distribution Dates, shall be referred to as the “Class B Contingent Monthly Funding Costs Shortfall.” Interest shall accrue on the Class B Contingent Monthly Funding Costs Shortfall at the Alternate Base Rate plus 2% per annum.

  • The sum of the Class A Contingent Monthly Funding Costs Shortfall and the Class B Contingent Monthly Funding Costs Shortfall as of any Distribution Date shall be referred to herein as the “Contingent Monthly Funding Costs Shortfall”.

  • If the amounts withdrawn from the Series 2010-6 Reserve Account pursuant to Section 3.3(h) are insufficient to pay the aggregate Class B Contingent Monthly Funding Costs with respect to the Purchaser Groups on any Distribution Date, payments of Class B Contingent Monthly Funding Costs to the Purchaser Groups will be reduced on a pro rata basis by the amount of such deficiency.

  • Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.

  • Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Note Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the Note Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.

  • Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any calendar month and the related Payment Date, or with respect to the Closing Date, the aggregate amount by which the Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period or the Cutoff Date, as applicable, of each of the related Receivables with an APR as stated in the related contract of less than the Required Rate, other than Defaulted Receivables, exceeds the present value, calculated by using a discount rate equal to the Required Rate, of each scheduled payment of each such Receivables assuming such scheduled payment is made on the last day of each month and each month has 30 days.

  • Class C Reserve Account Percentage means, (i) zero, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is greater than or equal to 4.50%, (ii) 1.25%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 4.50% and greater than or equal to 4.00%, (iii) 2.00%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 4.00% and greater than or equal to 3.50%, (iv) 2.75%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage is less than 3.50% and greater than or equal to 3.00%, (v) 3.50%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 3.00% and greater than or equal to 2.50%, (vi) 4.50%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage is less than 2.50% and greater than or equal to 2.00%, and (vii) 6.00%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 2.00%.

  • Excess Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the Overcollateralization Amount on such Distribution Date over (b) the Required Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Broken Funding Costs means for any Purchaser Interest which: (i) has its Capital reduced without compliance by Seller with the notice requirements hereunder or (ii) does not become subject to an Aggregate Reduction following the delivery of any Reduction Notice or (iii) is assigned under Article XIII or terminated prior to the date on which it was originally scheduled to end; an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (A) the CP Costs or Yield (as applicable) that would have accrued during the remainder of the Tranche Periods or the tranche periods for Commercial Paper determined by the Agent to relate to such Purchaser Interest (as applicable) subsequent to the date of such reduction, assignment or termination (or in respect of clause (ii) above, the date such Aggregate Reduction was designated to occur pursuant to the Reduction Notice) of the Capital of such Purchaser Interest if such reduction, assignment or termination had not occurred or such Reduction Notice had not been delivered, over (B) the sum of (x) to the extent all or a portion of such Capital is allocated to another Purchaser Interest, the amount of CP Costs or Yield actually accrued during the remainder of such period on such Capital for the new Purchaser Interest, and (y) to the extent such Capital is not allocated to another Purchaser Interest, the income, if any, actually received during the remainder of such period by the holder of such Purchaser Interest from investing the portion of such Capital not so allocated. In the event that the amount referred to in clause (B) exceeds the amount referred to in clause (A), the relevant Purchaser or Purchasers agree to pay to Seller the amount of such excess. All Broken Funding Costs shall be due and payable hereunder upon demand.

  • Collateral Minimum Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(c).

  • Advance Interest Amount means interest payable on Advances, as specified in the Servicing Agreement or Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, as applicable.

  • Collateral Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(c).

  • Monthly Interest Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and each Class of Certificates, other than the Class P, Class R and Class C Certificates, an amount equal to the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the related Pass-Through Rate on the Class Principal Amount of such Class of Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date, in each case, reduced by any Net Prepayment Interest Shortfalls allocated to such Class of Certificates and any Relief Act Interest Shortfalls allocated to such Class of Certificates, in each such case, as such shortfalls are allocated pursuant to Section 1.02 herein.

  • Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount means, for any day in a Due Period, an amount equal to the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation for the related Distribution Date; provided, however, that for purposes of determining the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount on any day on which the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation cannot be determined because the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Accrual Period has not yet occurred, the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount shall be the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation determined based on a pro forma calculation made on the assumption that LIBOR will be LIBOR for the applicable period determined on the first day of such calendar month, multiplied by 1.25.

  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Targeted Overcollateralization Amount means, for a Payment Date, an amount equal to:

  • Available Funds Shortfall As defined in Section 3.03(b)(ii)(A).

  • Noteholders’ Monthly Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Notes, interest accrued at the respective Interest Rate during the applicable Interest Period on the principal amount of the Notes of such Class outstanding as of the end of the prior Distribution Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, as of the Closing Date), calculated (x) for the Class A-1 Notes and the Class A-2-B Notes on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed in the applicable Interest Period and (y) for all other Classes of Notes on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months (without adjustment for the actual number of business days elapsed in the applicable Interest Period), except with respect to the first Interest Period.

  • Specified Overcollateralization Amount means for any Distribution Date, the greater of:

  • Group I Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group I Principal Distribution Amount.
