Class B Available Subordinated Amount of Class C Notes definition

Class B Available Subordinated Amount of Class C Notes means, for any Tranche of Class B Notes, on any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the Required Subordinated Amount of Class C Notes minus the Class B Usage of Class C Notes, each for such Tranche of Class B Notes on such Distribution Date, as adjusted in accordance with Section 3.02.
Class B Available Subordinated Amount of Class C Notes means, for any Tranche of Class B Notes, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the Required Subordinated Amount of Class C Notes minus the Class B Usage Amount of Class C Notes, each for such Tranche of Class B Notes as of such Distribution Date.
Class B Available Subordinated Amount of Class C Notes means, for any tranche of Class B notes, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the Class B Required Subordinated Amount of Class C notes minus the Class B Usage Amount of Class C notes, each for that tranche of Class B notes as of that Distribution Date.

  • For each Tranche of Class B Notes, the Class B Usage of Class C Notes shall increase, and the Class B Available Subordinated Amount of Class C Notes shall decrease (each determined after giving effect to step (16) of this Subordination Waterfall), by an amount equal to the portion of the Class C Principal Allocation applied to the Class B Tranche Interest Allocation Shortfall for such Tranche pursuant to step (39) of the Cash Flows.

With respect to any Mortgage Pool that is comprised of two or more Loan Groups, the Excess Subordinate Principal Amount will be allocated between each Loan Group on a pro rata basis in accordance with the amount of Realized Losses attributable to each Loan Group and allocated to the Certificates on such Distribution Date.
