Class B-3 Notes means any one of the Series 2005-3 Floating Rate Rental Car Asset Backed Notes, Class B-3, executed by HVF and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4-1, Exhibit A-4-2 or Exhibit A-4-3. Related to Class B-3 Notes

  • Class A-3 Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-3 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.
