No rights are conferred on any person under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of the Notes or these Conditions, but this does not affect any right or remedy of any person which exists or is available apart from that Act.APPENDIX The following Class A Target Principal Amount assumes a Class A initial Principal Amount Outstanding of £2,300,000,000 as of the Closing Date.
