Class A Target Amount definition
Class A Target Amount. For each Payment Date, the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 93.70% and (ii) the Invested Amount at the end of the related Collection Period and (b) the excess if any of (i) the Invested Amount at the end of the related Collection Period over (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Pool Balance.
Class A Target Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to 90% of the Aggregate Principal Balance of the Receivables as of such Payment Date after giving effect to all payments of principal on the Receivables received during the related Collection Period.
