Class A-2FL Floating Rate Account. The trust account or accounts created and maintained as a separate account or accounts (or as a subaccount of the Distribution Account) by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.04(b), which shall be entitled "LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee, in trust for the registered Holders of J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Mortgage Securities Trust 2007-LDP11 Commexxxxx Xxxxxage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2007-LDP11 Class A-2FL Certificates, Class A-2FL Floating Rate Account," and which must be an Eligible Account (or a subaccount of an Eligible Account). Class A-2FL Floating Rate Account means a segregated custodial account or accounts or subaccount of the Collection Account created and maintained by the Trustee, pursuant to Section 3.04(f), in trust for the Class A-2FL Certificateholders and the Class A-2FL Swap Counterparty, as their interests may appear, which shall be entitled "[NAME OF TRUSTEE], as Trustee, in trust for the registered holders of LB Commercial Mortgage Trust 2007-C3, Class A-2FL Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-C3, and [NAME OF CLASS A-2FL SWAP COUNTERPARTY], as their interests may appear, Class A-2FL Floating Rate Account". Any such account or subaccount shall be an Eligible Account or a subaccount of an Eligible Account.
