Securities Trust definition

Securities Trust means any statutory business trust formed by the Company or an Affiliate to issue Trust Securities, the proceeds of which will be used to purchase Junior Subordinated Notes of one or more series.
Securities Trust means Duke Capital Financing Trust , a statutory business trust formed by the Corporation under Delaware law to issue the Trust Securities, the proceeds of which will be used to purchase Series Notes, or a successor thereof.
