CLASS A-2D COMPONENT definition

CLASS A-2D COMPONENT means a component of the beneficial interest in REMIC III evidenced by the Class A-2 Certificates, which component represents a Certificate Balance equal to the Certificate Balance of the REMIC II Regular Interest A-2D.
CLASS A-2D COMPONENT. With respect to the Class X-2 Certificates, at any date of determination, that portion of the Notional Amount of the Class X-2 Certificates equal to the Certificate Principal Amount of the Class A-2D Certificates.
CLASS A-2D COMPONENT means a component of the beneficial interest in REMIC III evidenced by the Class A-2 Certificates, which component represents a Component Notional Amount equal to the Certificate Balance of the REMIC II Regular Interest A-2D.

  • Class X-A Components The Class A-1 Component, Class A-2 Component, Class A-3 Component, Class A-4 Component, Class A-AB Component and Class A-S Component, each of which constitutes a separate class of “regular interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(1), in the Upper-Tier REMIC with a pass-through rate equal to its Class X Strip Rate from time to time and a notional amount equal to its Component Notional Amount from time to time.

  • Class A-2a Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class M-1 Interest Carry Forward Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of (1) the excess of (A) the Class M-1 Current Interest with respect to prior Distribution Dates over (B) the amount actually distributed to the Class M-1 Certificates with respect to interest on such prior Distribution Dates and (2) interest on such excess (to the extent permitted by applicable law) at the Class M-1 Pass-Through Rate for the related Accrual Period.

  • Class A-2B Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-2B."

  • Class A-3 Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.205%.

  • Class A-2 Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.1000%.

  • Class A-1 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 2.2557%.

  • Class A-4 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.1020%.

  • Class M-2 Interest Carry Forward Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of (1) the excess of (A) the Class M-2 Current Interest with respect to prior Distribution Dates over (B) the amount actually distributed to the Class M-2 Certificates with respect to interest on such prior Distribution Dates and (2) interest on such excess (to the extent permitted by applicable law) at the Class M-2 Pass-Through Rate for the related Accrual Period.

  • Class A-2 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $321,750.00, and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, one-twelfth of the product of (A) the Class A-2 Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-2 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-2 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Class M-2 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 5.6800% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class M-2 Margin, (2) the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date and (3) the Weighted Average Maximum Rate Cap for such Distribution Date.

  • Class M-3 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, _____% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the lesser of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class M-3 Margin and (2) the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date.

  • Class M-4 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, ____% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the lesser of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class M-4 Margin and (2) the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date.

  • Class M-1 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, ____% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the lesser of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class M-1 Margin and (2) the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date.

  • Class A Non-PO Optimal Amount As to any Distribution Date, the sum for such Distribution Date of (i) the Class A Interest Accrual Amount, (ii) the Aggregate Class A Unpaid Interest Shortfall and (iii) the Class A Non-PO Optimal Principal Amount.

  • Class A-5 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.1156%.

  • Class A-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-2".

  • Class E Component The Component having such designation.
