Class A-1L Loans. The Class A-1L Loans incurred by the Issuer, as borrower, on the Closing Date under the Class A-1L Credit Agreement.
Class A-1L Loans means the Loans.
Class A-1L Loans. The Class A-1L Loans A-1L Senior Secured Loans incurred by the Co-Issuers on the Closing Date pursuant to the Credit Agreement. On the Refinancing Date, the Class A-1L Loans will be prepaid in full and will no longer be Outstanding.

  • The Transferor makes the following representations and warranties, on which the Issuer relies in acquiring each Sale Portfolio Purchased hereunder and each of the Secured Parties relies upon in entering into the Indenture or purchasing the Notes or making the Class A-1L Loans.

  • The Subordinated Notes will not be redeemed; the Issuer will issue additional Subordinated Notes on the Refinancing Date (together with the Refinancing Secured Notes, the “Refinancing Notes” and, the Refinancing Notes, together with the Class A-1L Loans, the “Refinancing Debt”).

Related to Class A-1L Loans

  • Class A-1 Note Rate means, with respect to any Quarterly Interest Period, the interest rate per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days in such Quarterly Interest Period over a year of 360 days) equal to Three-Month LIBOR for the related LIBOR Reset Period plus 0.08%.

  • Class A-1 Interest Rate means 0.48000% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Class A-3 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class A-1 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to 0.64000%.

  • Class A-1 Notes means the Class A-1 1.28000% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 to the Indenture.

  • Class B-5 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-5 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-5 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-5 Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Class A-2 Notes means the Class A-2a Notes and the Class A-2b Notes, collectively.
