Class A-1 Accrual Period definition

Class A-1 Accrual Period. For any Distribution Date, the period beginning on the 25th day of the preceding calendar month (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, on January 28, 2002) and ending on the 24th day of the month of the Distribution Date. The Class A-1 Accrual Period for the first Distribution Date shall be deemed to consist of 27 days.

  • Interest Accrual Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Interest Period Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) an Interest Period Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Interest Period Date.

  • Accrual Period With respect to each Payment Date, the period beginning on and including the prior Payment Date (or, in the case of the first Payment Date, the Closing Date) and ending on and including the day preceding such Payment Date.

  • Class A-1 Rate means 2.25000% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the relevant Interest Period and a 360‑day year).

  • Class A-1 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to 0.64000%.
