Claims Distribution definition

Claims Distribution means the aggregate of all Plan Effective Date Cash payments or reserves on account of Administrative Expense Claims, Priority Claims, and General Unsecured Claims, excluding (i) any Administrative Expense or Super-Priority Claims of JPM for payment or reimbursement of the JPM Expenses; and (ii) the operating expenses of the Debtor incurred after the 90th day after the Petition Date.
Claims Distribution has the meaning set forth in section 4(h) of this Agreement.
