On each Interest Payment Date, the Calculation Agent shall instruct the Account Bank to pay (on behalf of the Issuer) to each Administrative Party from funds standing to the credit of the Collection Account such Administration Fee which shall be determined by the Calculation Agent (in accordance with Clause 9A ( Duties of the Calculation Agent) of the Agency Agreement and the Citi Fee Letter) and prior to an Enforcement Event, applied in accordance with Condition 10.4 (Pre-Enforcement Waterfall).
