Cimarron Environmental Response Trust Agreement definition

Cimarron Environmental Response Trust Agreement means the Environmental Response Trust Agreement entered into by and among the Debtors, the Cimarron Trustee, and certain other entities, an execution copy of which was approved by the Bankruptcy Court on February 14, 2011 [Case No. 09-10156 (ALG), Dkt. No. 2812]. This term shall also include all schedules, exhibits and attachments thereto.

  • Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan or "SWPPP" means a document that is prepared in accordance with good engineering practices and that identifies potential sources of pollutants that may reasonably be expected to affect the quality of stormwater discharges from the construction site, and otherwise meets the requirements of this Ordinance. In addition the document shall identify and require the implementation of control measures, and shall include, but not be limited to the inclusion of, or the incorporation by reference of, an approved erosion and sediment control plan, an approved stormwater management plan, and a pollution prevention plan.

  • Resource conservation means the reduction in the use of water, energy, and raw materials. (Minn. Stat. § 115A.03, Subd. 26a)

  • National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) means the national program for issuing, modifying, revoking and reissuing, terminating, monitoring, and enforcing permits and imposing and enforcing pretreatment requirements, under Sections 307, 318, 402, and 405 of CWA. The term includes an approved program.
