Child Artist definition

Child Artist means a child who performs or practices any work as a hobby or profession directly involving him as an actor, singer, sports person or in such other activity as may be prescribed relating to the entertainment or sports activities;
Child Artist means a person under the age of 18 years as defined in the Children’s Act 38 of 2005. Accordingly, if the PERFORMER is a Child Artist, he/she shall be assisted by a parent or legal guardian to complete this Agreement.
