Chapter 3 Reportable Amount means any income paid to the account as defined under Treasury Regulation §1.1441-1(e)(3)(vi).
Applicable Amount means, at any time (the “Applicable Amount Reference Time”), an amount equal to (a) the sum, without duplication, of:
Reportable Event means any of the events set forth in Section 4043(c) of ERISA, other than events for which the thirty (30) day notice period has been waived.
Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.
