Change Order Response definition

Change Order Response the written document provided to the City by Contractor in response to City’s Change Order Request.

  • If Tenant fails to respond to Landlord’s Change Order Response within such five (5) day period, such Change Proposal shall be deemed withdrawn.

  • Tenant shall have the right to then approve or withdraw such Change Proposal within five (5) days after receipt of Landlord’s Change Order Response.

  • Tenant shall have the right to then approve or withdraw such Change Proposal within five (5) business days after receipt of Landlord’s Change Order Response.

  • If Tenant approves Landlord’s Change Order Response, then (a) such Change Proposal shall be deemed a “Change Order” hereunder, and (b) Landlord shall perform the work described in the Change Order as part of Landlord’s Work on all the terms and conditions applicable to Landlord’s Work except as expressly set forth herein with respect to Tenant’s payment obligation.

  • Tenant shall have the right to then proceed with or withdraw such Tenant Improvement Work Change Proposal within five (5) business days after receipt of Landlord's Tenant Improvement Work Change Order Response.

  • If Tenant fails to respond to Landlord's Tenant Improvement Work Change Order Response within such five (5) business day period, such Tenant Improvement Work Change Proposal shall be deemed withdrawn.

More Definitions of Change Order Response

Change Order Response means a written document prepared by Supplier that either: (i) describes a Change desired by Supplier and includes the information set forth in the Change Order Procedures; or (ii) responds to a Change Order Request and includes the information set forth in the Change Order Procedures.
Change Order Response means a response by Siemens to a Change Order Request made by Customer under a Work Plan, or a response by Customer to a Change Order Proposal.
Change Order Response has the meaning set out in subsection 10.1(1) of this Agreement;
Change Order Response has the meaning specified in Section 2.12.
Change Order Response shall have the meaning set forth in Article 8 hereof.

Related to Change Order Response

  • Change Order means a written order to the Contractor signed by the Contracting Officer, issued after execu- tion of the Contract, authorizing a change in the term or scope of the Contract.

  • Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:

  • PQQ Response means the response submitted by the Supplier to the pre-qualification questionnaire issued by the Authority on 06/03/2012;

  • Lowest Cost Response means the response required or allowed under Environmental Laws that addresses the condition present at the lowest cost (considered as a whole taking into consideration any material negative impact such response may have on the operations of the relevant assets and any potential material additional costs or liabilities that may likely arise a result of such response) as compared to any other response that is consistent with Environmental Laws.

  • Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.

  • Interim Response Costs means all costs, including but not limited to direct and indirect costs, (a) paid by the United States in connection with the Site between [insert date identified in Past Response Costs definition] and the Effective Date, or (b) incurred prior to the Effective Date, but paid after that date.]

  • Emergency Load Response Program means the program by which Curtailment Service Providers may be compensated by PJM for Demand Resources that will reduce load when dispatched by PJM during emergency conditions, and is described in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 8 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 8. Energy Efficiency Resource: “Energy Efficiency Resource” shall have the meaning specified in the PJM Reliability Assurance Agreement. Energy Market Opportunity Cost:

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Remedial response means a measure to stop and correct prohibited conduct, prevent prohibited conduct from recurring, and protect, support, and intervene on behalf of a student who is the target or victim of prohibited conduct.

  • Construction Change Directive means a written order prepared by Owner Parties and signed by Owner directing Contractor to perform a change in the Work prior to agreeing to a change, if any, to the Contract Time, schedule of performance of the Work, Contract Sum, or Contractor’s compensation.

  • Waste Framework Directive or “WFD” means Waste Framework Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • Emergency responder means an individual who is required to possess a license, certificate, permit, or other official recognition for his or her expertise in a particular field or area of knowledge and whose assistance is utilized or is desirable during an emergency. Emergency responder includes, but is not limited to, emergency medical services personnel; physicians; nurses; mental health, veterinary, or other public health practitioners; emergency management personnel; public works personnel; and firefighters, including firefighters trained in the areas of hazardous materials, specialized rescue, extrication, water rescue, or other specialized area. Emergency responder does not include law enforcement officers or other law enforcement personnel.

  • Solicitation Response means Contractor’s full and complete response (including any Attachments and addenda) to the Solicitation, which is incorporated by reference for all purposes in its entirety.
