For the Goods to be imported and supplied, the Institute will provide Custom Duty Exemption Certificate (CDEC) to successful bidder for availing concessional rate of duty as per prevailing Custom Tariff.
In case, the bidder requires CDEC certificate, then the same should be specifically mentioned in the bid.
