CBH Program definition
CBH Program means the Community-Based Housing Fund Program, established for the purpose of facilitating the creation of community-based housing, under which DHCD contracts to make funds available through CEDAC and other financial intermediaries, for such financial intermediaries to loan to sponsors of community-based housing for PCEs, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the CBH Statute.
CBH Program means the Community-Based Housing Fund Program, established for the purpose of facilitating the creation of community-based housing, under which DHCD contracts to make funds available through CEDAC and other financial intermediaries, for such financial intermediaries to loan to sponsors of community-based housing for PCEs who are not eligible for housing developed pursuant to the FCF Program, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the CBH Statute.

In order to enable CEDAC to monitor the Borrower’s compliance with the provisions of this Agreement, during the term of the Loan, the Borrower agrees to pay to DHCD, upon request, an annual fee initially equal to $25.00 per CBH Program dwelling unit in the Project, or a minimum of $250.00, which fee shall be subject to annual adjustment for inflation.
