CB Employee definition

CB Employee shall have the meaning specified in Section 7.7.
CB Employee means each employee of the Acquired Business covered by any of the collective bargaining agreements or other labor contracts that are listed on Schedule 3.19(b) (including the National Agreement between Plastech Engineered Products, Inc. and the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America only as such agreement relates to the Facilities of the Acquired Business) and constitutes an Assumed Contract.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, nothing contained herein shall preclude the Parent from terminating any CB Employee in accordance with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
