Catawba Mortgage definition

Catawba Mortgage means that certain mortgage, deed of trust, security agreement or other real property security document encumbering the Newco Fixed Assets, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the U.S. Administrative Agent and executed by Newco in favor of the U.S. Administrative Agent, for the ratable benefit of the Secured Parties and the U.S. Secured Parties, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
