Carryover Commitment definition

Carryover Commitment means a Carryover of HCs based upon an MBOH Carryover determination, which commitment is conditional upon the Applicant performing all conditions and requirements for Final Allocation as set forth in the Applicable QAP, the Carryover Commitment document issued by MBOH and applicable law. “Cold Weather Development and Construction” means experience of the HC Developer or Consultant on one or more Projects located above the 40 degrees north parallel.

Examples of Carryover Commitment in a sentence

  • The Developer/Owner of any Project awarded credits will be required to reimburse MBOH for legal fees and expenses incurred by MBOH with respect to any non- standard request, change, document or other matters relating to Reservation (Initial Allocation), Carryover Commitment, compliance or other aspects of qualifying for or obtaining Housing Credits.

  • Revolver Commitment means, with respect to each Lender, its Revolver Commitment, and, with respect to all Lenders, their Revolver Commitments, in each case as such Dollar amounts are set forth beside such Lender’s name under the applicable heading on Schedule C-1 or in the Assignment and Acceptance pursuant to which such Lender became a Lender hereunder, as such amounts may be reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to assignments made in accordance with the provisions of Section 13.1.

  • Revolving Commitment Amount means $125,000,000, as reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 6.1.

  • L/C Commitment Amount has the meaning given to that term in Section 2.3.(a).

  • Unused Revolving Commitment means, for any Lender at any time, the excess of (i) such Lender’s Revolving Commitment at such time over (ii) such Lender’s Revolving Facility Exposure at such time.

  • Unused Total Revolving Commitment means, at any time, the excess of (i) the Total Revolving Commitment at such time over (ii) the Aggregate Revolving Facility Exposure at such time.

  • Revolving Credit Commitment Amount means with respect to any Revolving Credit Lender, (i) if the Revolving Credit Aggregate Commitment has not been terminated, the amount specified opposite such Revolving Credit Lender’s name in the column entitled “Revolving Credit Commitment Amount” on Schedule 1.2, as adjusted from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof; and (ii) if the Revolving Credit Aggregate Commitment has been terminated (whether by maturity, acceleration or otherwise), the amount equal to its Percentage of the aggregate principal amount outstanding under the Revolving Credit (including the outstanding Letter of Credit Obligations and any outstanding Swing Line Advances).

  • Total Commitment Amount means, at any particular time, the aggregate of the Individual Commitments of all of the Lenders at such time.
