Capital Cost Underrun definition

Capital Cost Underrun or “CCU” shall be an amount in U.S. dollars equal to the difference between the Actual PNGTS Construction Costs and the Estimated PNGTS Construction Costs, if Actual PNGTS Construction Costs are less than Estimated PNGTS Construction Costs.
Capital Cost Underrun or “CCU” shall be an amount in U.S. dollars equal to the difference between the APC and the EPC, if APC is less than EPC.

Capitalized Expenditures shall not include expenses related to environmental conditions including, but not limited to, remediation, storage or disposal of any hazardous or toxic substances or any pollutant or contaminant.

  • Total cost means the total annual cost of benefits and related costs including but not limited to claims, administration expenses, insurance premiums, consulting, auditing and advisory fees and all other costs and taxes, as reported on the insurance carrier’s most recent yearly statement, and if any, premium costs on other district school area board or public school authority statements, for the year ending no later than August 31, 2015. The aforementioned statements are to be provided to the Ministry of Education. Total Cost excludes retiree costs. The average number of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) positions in the bargaining unit as at October 31st and March 31st for the period consistent with this clause.

  • Incremental cost means all costs that could be avoided in the medium term if a Segment was removed from the Network;

  • Additional Capital Contribution has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Capital Contribution means any cash, cash equivalents or the Net Agreed Value of Contributed Property that a Partner contributes to the Partnership.

  • Indirect cost means any cost not directly identified with a single final cost objective, but identified with two or more final cost objectives or with at least one intermediate cost objective.

  • Lease Obligations of a Person means for any period the rental commitments of such Person for such period under leases for real and/or personal property (net of rent from subleases thereof, but including taxes, insurance, maintenance and similar expenses which such Person, as the lessee, is obligated to pay under the terms of said leases, except to the extent that such taxes, insurance, maintenance and similar expenses are payable by sublessees), including rental commitments under Capital Leases.

  • Additional Capital Contributions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.

  • Indirect Costs has the same meaning as in 44 Ill. Admin. Code 7000.30.

  • Capital Charge means the deemed opportunity cost of employing Capital in the Company’s businesses, determined as follows: Capital Charge = Capital X Cost of Capital

  • Capital Contributions means, with respect to any Member, the amount of money (US Dollars) and the initial Gross Asset Value of any assets or property (other than money) contributed by the Member (or such Member’s predecessor in interest) to the Company (net of liabilities secured by such contributed property that the Company is considered to assume or take subject to under Code Section 752) with respect to the Units in the Company held or purchased by such Member, including additional Capital Contributions.

  • Incremental Costs means all reasonable additional costs properly and reasonably incurred by Network Rail in respect of any modification referred to in paragraph 2.8, being the additional reasonable costs (if any) to Network Rail in respect of its obligation to maintain and operate the Network, but excluding:

  • Total Contract Price/Project Cost/TCO means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Base Working Capital means $25,000,000.

  • Direct Cost means a cost not to exceed the cost of labor, material, travel and other expenditures to the extent the costs are directly incurred to provide the relevant assistance or service. “Direct Cost” to the Acquirer for its use of any of a Respondent’s employees’ labor shall not exceed the average hourly wage rate for such employee;

  • Basic hospital cover means a hospital policy that includes the clinical categories that must be covered by a basic hospital product.

  • Original Cost means the total amount paid to purchase a security, including any transaction charges related to the purchase;
