Cannabis Distribution or Dispensary definition

Cannabis Distribution or Dispensary means any facility or location, whether fixed or mobile, where any cannabis or cannabis product is made available to or distributed by or distributed for profit or not-for-profit to one or more adults 21 years of age and over who do not possess any physician recommendation; and

  • Cannabis dispensary or “cannabis retailer” means a facility, whether fixed or mobile, operated in accordance with state and local laws and regulations, where cannabis and/or cannabis products are offered for retail sale, including a facility that delivers cannabis and/or cannabis products as part of a retail sale.

  • Medical cannabis dispensary means an organization issued a

  • Cannabis establishment means a cannabis cultivator, a cannabis manufacturer, a cannabis wholesaler, or a cannabis retailer.

  • Distributor / Distribution Company means Company(ies), Firm(s), Sole Proprietorship concern(s), individual(s), Banks or any other Financial Institution appointed by the Management Company under intimation to the Trustee for performing any or all of the Distribution Functions and who are registered with MUFAP as Registered Service Providers. The Management Company may itself also performs the Distribution Function.

Food service establishment does not include any of the following:

  • Participating Prosthetic Provider means a Prosthetic Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Marijuana testing facility means an entity licensed to analyze and certify the safety and potency of marijuana.

  • Centralized Message Distribution System (CMDS) means the industry-wide data collection system, which handles the daily exchange of message details between CMDS participating telephone companies (also known as CMDS Direct Participants). AT&T-21STATE is a CMDS Direct Participant.

  • Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.

  • Small Diversity business concern means a small business concern that is at least fifty-one (51) percent unconditionally owned by one or more individuals who are both socially and economically diverse, or a publicly owned business that has at least fifty-one (51) percent of its stock unconditionally owned by one or more socially and economically diverse individuals and that has its management and daily business controlled by one or more such individuals.   • Cannabis retailer means any licensed person or entity that purchases or otherwise obtains usable cannabis from cannabis cultivators and cannabis items from cannabis manufacturers or cannabis wholesalers, and sells these to consumers from a retail store, and may use a cannabis delivery service or a certified cannabis handler for the off-premises delivery of cannabis items and related supplies to consumers. A cannabis retailer shall also accept consumer purchases to be fulfilled from its retail store that are presented by a cannabis delivery service which will be delivered by the cannabis delivery service to that consumer.

  • Distribution Network means a 'distribution network' as defined in Special Condition E2A of the Transporter's Licence held by each DN Operator;

  • Electric distribution utility or (EDU) means an electric distribution utility, which is an investor-owned electric utility that owns and operates a distribution wires system and supplies at least retail electric distribution service.

  • Electric distribution company (EDC) means any electric utility subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission.

  • Distribution main means the portion of any main with which a service line is, or is intended to be, immediately connected;

  • Distribution Compliance Period means the period that ends 40 days after the completion of the distribution of each Tranche of Notes, as certified by the relevant Dealer (in the case of a non-syndicated issue) or the relevant Lead Manager (in the case of a syndicated issue);

  • Local Distribution Company or “LDC” means a Person licensed by the OEB as a “Distributor” in connection with a Distribution System.

  • Participating Retail Store means any one of the Australian retail stores trading under the following trading names that is authorised by Breville to sell Participating Products and has been invited by the Promoter to participate in the Promotion:

  • Centralized Message Distribution System (CMDS) means the transport system that LECs use to exchange outcollect and Carrier Access Billing System “CABS” access messages among each other and other Parties connected to CMDS.
