  • Rights that are developed during the Agreement or in connection with the Agreement shall always be the exclusive property of Caldic.

  • If Caldic has good grounds to fear that the Buyer shall be unable to fulfil its financial obligations and the Buyer refuses to provide (additional) security, Caldic shall be entitled to suspend execution of the order, without prejudice to its statutory rights to suspend performance.
