BZ Capital definition

BZ Capital means the sum of paid-up share capital, reserves, and retained earnings (or accumulated losses) as reported on the balance sheet of Bank Zero;

Related to BZ Capital

  • B-BBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;

  • Parent means a “parent corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.

  • Issue Date means the date on which the Notes are originally issued.

  • SCC means the Special Conditions of Contract.

  • Fund means any Person (other than a natural person) that is (or will be) engaged in making, purchasing, holding or otherwise investing in commercial loans and similar extensions of credit in the ordinary course of its business.
