Buy Back Program definition

Buy Back Program shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.7 hereof.

Examples of Buy Back Program in a sentence

  • For employees who elect to cash out vacation hours as specified above, those hours will be paid to the employee at the end of the fiscal year at the same time as the Sick Leave Buy Back Program.

  • The continuation of the Sick Leave Buy Back Program is contingent upon maintenance of the authorization in RCW 28A.400.210.

  • Pursuant to the Sick Leave Buy Back Program, whenever a Bargaining Unit Member decides to retire, pursuant to the retirement laws of Massachusetts, the Committee agrees that it will pay to such Bargaining Unit Members thirty ($30.00) dollars for each day of unused accumulated sick leave in excess of 180 days.

  • Unit Members who have been employed by the District for 20 years as of July 1, 2019 shall be grandfathered into the Sick Leave Buy Back Program.

  • This Cooperative Agreement in no way restricts the Buy Back Program from entering into similar agreements, or participating in similar activities or arrangements, with other tribes, public or private agencies, organizations, or individuals.

  • Continuation of the Sick/Emergency Leave Buy Back Program is contingent upon maintenance of the authorization therefore in RCW 28A.400.210.

Related to Buy Back Program

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.

  • MPA Program means the global emergency multiphase programmatic approach program designed to assist countries to prevent, detect and respond to the threat posed by COVID-19 and strengthen national systems for public health preparedness.

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Long-Term Incentive Plan or “LTIP” means a plan providing compensation intended to motivate performance over a period greater than one financial year. LTIPs do not include option or SAR plans or plans for compensation through shares or units that are subject to restrictions on resale;

  • Acid Rain Program means the sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides air pollution control program established pursuant to Title IV of the Act under 40 CFR Parts 72-78.
