Buttress Fill definition

Buttress Fill means a buttress fill is a designed compacted earth fill used for providing lateral support to an unstabilized earth or rock mass.
Buttress Fill means an engineered fill designed to stabilize an adverse geologic condition (landslide, adverse bedding, etc.).
