BUSINESS ALLOCATION definition

BUSINESS ALLOCATION means the portion of net profits to be allocated to the Municipality as having been made in the Municipality, either under separate accounting method, or under the three factor formula of property, payroll and sales, provided for in Section 171.03.
BUSINESS ALLOCATION as used in these regulations, means the portion of net profits to be allocated to Carroll as having been made in Carroll, either under the separate accounting method, or under the three-factor formula of property, payroll, and sales, provided for in Section 3 of the Ordinance.
BUSINESS ALLOCATION as used in these regulations, means the portion of net profits to be allocated to the City of Lima as having been made in the City of Lima, either under separate accounting methods, or under the three factor formula of property, payroll, and sales provided for in Section 880.03 of the Ordinance.

BUSINESS ALLOCATION means the portion of net profits to be allocated to the City as having been made in the City, under the three-factor formula as provided for in Section 880.04.
BUSINESS ALLOCATION means the portion of net profits to be allocated to Jackson Center as having been made therein pursuant to Section 3 hereof.
BUSINESS ALLOCATION means the portion of net profits to be allocated to Wapakoneta, Ohio, as having been made in Wapakoneta, Ohio, either under separate accounting method, or under the three factor formula of property, payroll and sales.

  • Loss Allocation Limitation As defined in Section 4.4(g).

  • Reais Allocation Date means, with respect of any Reais Transfer Date, the Business Day which is immediately prior to such Reais Transfer Date.
