Building Common Elements definition

Building Common Elements means, with respect to the Condominium Buildings, the following:
Building Common Elements means all portions of each Building, excluding the Units and those Limited Common Elements assigned to a single Unit as provided herein, and shall include without limitations, foundations, exterior walls, roof, and other structural parts of the Building, hallways, stairways, elevators, entrances, exits, lobbies, storage, laundry, trash and utility rooms, garage entranceways and driveways and pipes, electrical wiring, conduits, ducts, heating and air conditioning equipment, except such heating and air conditioning equipment exclusively serving a Unit.

Examples of Building Common Elements in a sentence

  • Other units (and other portions of the Building, Common Elements and/or recreational facilities) may not necessarily be complete and/or useable.

  • The Board shall have the right to make such capital improvements to the Condominium Buildings (including the Building Common Elements, but not including the NBC Units) which are necessary or appropriate to maintain the Condominium Buildings in accordance with the Building Standard; provided, however, that in performing such improvements, the Board will not unreasonably obstruct the means of access to the NBC Units or the GE Units or unreasonably interfere with the use of the NBC Units or the GE Units.

Related to Building Common Elements

  • Common elements means all portions of the condominium other than the units.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • General common elements means the common elements other than the limited common elements.

  • Limited common elements means a portion of the common elements reserved in the master deed for the exclusive use of less than all of the co-owners.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.
