Builder’s Representative definition

Builder’s Representative means the authorized representative appointed by Builder to act on its behalf pursuant to Article 12.6.

Examples of Builder’s Representative in a sentence

  • Builder may from time to time appoint some other person as Builder’s Representative in place of the person previously so appointed and shall give notice in writing of the name of such other person to Buyer without delay.
