Budget Worksheet definition

Budget Worksheet means the total funding structure of State Funds for a School Facilities Division capital construction project. The worksheet represents all project funds available through the State Construction Department for a project.
Budget Worksheet. The title of this form is changed to “Food Stamp Budget Worksheet/Change Reporting Households” and the “Child Support Deduction” section is deleted. This form comes in “pads” and is stocked in the state warehouse.

  • The total project cost, including design and construction of the State-initiated portion of the Project but excluding any District-Initiated Elements, shall not exceed the project budget listed in Exhibit A, Budget Worksheet, which is attached and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

  • Carryover requests must include the following: Revised SF 424; Narrative explaining why the funds were not expended during the period in which they were awarded, including identification of unfinished that needs completion; Also include the Detailed Budget Worksheet along with the justification Funds carried over from one period must be spent within the first three (3) months of the current subsequent project period and may not be carried over again.

  • CHB/TRIBAL NATION and STATE have mutually agreed with this Budget Worksheet.

  • Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.

  • Cost Report means a report detailing all costs incurred in relation to the Activity, to be submitted by the Incubatee to the Incubator.
