Brokers and Intermediaries. Purchaser has not employed any broker, finder, advisor or intermediary in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement that would be entitled to a broker’s, finder’s or similar fee or commission in connection therewith or upon the consummation thereof.
Brokers and Intermediaries. No broker, investment banker, financial adviser or other person is entitled to any broker's, finder's, financial advisor's or other similar fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of Stockholder. It is agreed and acknowledged that the Company has retained Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx & Co. in connection with the Offer and the Merger and the transactions contemplated by the Merger Agreement.
Brokers and Intermediaries. No broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other person is entitled to any broker's, finder's, financial advisor's or other similar fee or commission, or the reimbursement of expenses, in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of Parent or Merger Sub.

Brokers and Intermediaries. Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries, nor to the Company’s knowledge, anybody on their behalf, has employed any broker, finder, advisor or intermediary in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement which would be entitled to a broker’s, finder’s or similar fee or commission in connection therewith or upon the consummation thereof.

Except as set forth on Schedule 5.6, each of which items disclosed thereon will be the sole responsibility of GP, GP has not employed any broker, finder, advisor or intermediary in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (except for those transactions with respect to Real Property) which would be entitled to a broker’s, finder’s or similar fee or commission in connection therewith or upon the consummation thereof.

Fathom will have no responsibility or liability for any fees, expenses or commissions payable to any agent, representative, investment banker or broker of the Company.
