Bridge Building definition

Bridge Building means the structure identified as the "Bridge Building" on the Schematic Drawings, including, without limitation, the equipment and improvements therein (as such structure, equipment or improvements may be altered, replaced or supplemented from time to time, subject to and in accordance with the terms hereof).
Bridge Building means the condominium located on the lands municipally described as 38 Joe Shuster Way, Toronto, Ontario and managed by TSCC 2302.

  • heritage building means a Building designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, or any successor legislation, or a Building designated under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act,
