Books Closure Period definition

Books Closure Period means the period to be determined by the Manager during which the register of Unitholders will be closed for the purpose of determining the entitlements of Unitholders to a Distribution;
Books Closure Period means the period to be determined by the Directors during which the Register of Members of the Company will be closed for the purpose of determining the entitlements of Members to a Dividend;

Related to Books Closure Period

  • Books Closure Date means the date and time to be determined by the Manager on which the register of Unitholders will be closed for the purpose of determining the entitlements of Unitholders to a Distribution;

  • Ramp Period The Ramp Period shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 3 months following the Effective Date. Commencing with the Effective Date and at all times during the Ramp Period thereafter, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits set forth herein and will not be subject to the AVC. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $360,000 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term (following the expiration of the Ramp Period).

  • Pre-Closing Period means any taxable period ending on or before the Closing Date.

  • Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;

  • Closing of the Books Method means the apportionment of items between portions of a taxable period based on a closing of the books and records on the Distribution Date (as if the Distribution Date was the end of the taxable period), provided that any items not susceptible to such apportionment (such as real or personal property taxes imposed on a periodic basis) shall be apportioned on the basis of elapsed days during the relevant portion of the taxable period.

  • Ramp-Up Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to, but excluding, September 23, 2016.

  • Current closure cost estimate means the most recent of the estimates pre- pared in accordance with § 265.142 (a), (b), and (c).

  • Post-Closing Period means any taxable period (or portion thereof) beginning after the Closing Date.

  • COMPLETION TIME means the period by date specified in the acceptance of tender for handing over the erected equipment/plant which are found acceptable by the Engineer being of required standard and conforming to the specifications of the contract.

  • Commissioning Period means, with respect to each Subproject, the period commencing upon the first delivery of Feed Gas to the Subproject in accordance with Sections 4.8 and 11.1 of the Agreement continuing through achievement of RFSU, commissioning, Start Up, Performance Testing and achievement of Substantial Completion for such Subproject.

  • Scheduled Closing Time means, in respect of an Exchange or Related Exchange and a Scheduled Trading Day, the scheduled weekday closing time of such Exchange or Related Exchange on such Scheduled Trading Day, without regard to after hours or any other trading outside of the regular trading session hours.

  • Census date means the official date for reporting enrollment data and shall be the date immediately following the twelve percent (12%) completion date of the instructional period.

  • Lock-up Period means the period beginning on the date hereof and continuing through the close of trading on the date that is 90 days after the date of the Prospectus (as defined in the Underwriting Agreement).

  • Interim Period has the meaning specified in Section 6.1.

  • Operational Period means a period starting with the date and time a Certificate is issued (or on a later date and time certain if stated in the Certificate) and ending with a date and time at which the Certificate expires or is earlier revoked.

  • Closure plan means the plan for closure prepared in accordance with the requirements of § 265.112.

  • Execution Time means the date and time that this Agreement is executed and delivered by the parties hereto.

  • Preliminary Closing Balance Sheet shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(c)(i).

  • Post-closure plan means a plan indicating the actions to be taken for the care, maintenance, and monitoring of the Development after closure, that will prevent, mitigate, or minimize the threat to public health and the environment;

  • Target Closing Date means three (3) Business Days following receipt of the Approval and Vesting Order, or such other date as the Parties may agree.

  • Merger Closing Date the Closing Date (as defined in the Merger Agreement).

  • Issuer Call Commencement Date means the date specified as such in the definition of the relevant Series in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Pre-Closing Tax Period means any Tax period ending on or before the Closing Date.

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • Initial Closing Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.2 hereof.

  • Start-up Period means up to 7 Academy Financial Years and covers the period up to and including the first Academy Financial Year in which all age groups are present at the Academy (that is, all the pupil cohorts relevant to the age range of the Academy will have some pupils present).
