BOLI Insurance definition

BOLI Insurance means the life insurance policies as to which Seller and its affiliates are the owners and beneficiaries on the lives of Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxx, including, without limitation, the cash surrender values thereof and prepaids, refunds and other entitlements thereto reflected on the books of Seller and its affiliates, which policies are listed on Exhibit D hereto.
