BNK10 PSA definition

BNK10 PSA means the pooling and servicing agreement for the BANK 2018-BNK10 transaction, dated as of February 1, 2018, between Xxxxx Fargo Commercial Mortgage Securities, Inc., as depositor, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as general master servicer, Torchlight Loan Services, LLC, as general special servicer, National Cooperative Bank, N.A., as NCB master servicer and as NCB special servicer, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as certificate administrator, Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee, and Pentalpha Surveillance LLC, as operating advisor and asset representations reviewer, subject to such changes required by the mortgage loan sellers in connection with the execution of the Servicing Agreement.

  • Note A-2 PSA means the “pooling and servicing agreement” entered into in connection with the Note A-2 Securitization.

  • Note A-1 PSA means the pooling and servicing agreement or other comparable agreement entered into in connection with the Note A-1 Securitization.

  • Note A-3 PSA means the “pooling and servicing agreement” entered into in connection with the Note A-3 Securitization.

  • Model PSA means that certain pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of July 1, 2023, relating to the BBCMS Mortgage Trust 2023-C20 securitization.

  • Note A-6 PSA means the “pooling and servicing agreement” entered into in connection with the Note A-6 Securitization.

  • Note A-4 PSA means the “pooling and servicing agreement” entered into in connection with the Note A-4 Securitization.

  • Note A-5 PSA means the “pooling and servicing agreement” entered into in connection with the Note A-5 Securitization.

  • Marketing Authorization Application or “MAA” means an application for Regulatory Approval in a country, territory or possession.

  • CME Term SOFR Administrator means CME Group Benchmark Administration Limited as administrator of the forward-looking term Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) (or a successor administrator).

  • Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry means a mortgage licensing system developed and maintained by the conference of state bank supervisors and the American association of residential mortgage regulators for the licensing and registration of licensed mortgage loan originators.

  • CFDA means the Code of Federal Domestic Assistance assigned to a federal grant.

  • PSA means each of the Note A-1 PSA and the Note A-2 PSA.

  • Lead Securitization PSA means (a) during the period from and after the Note A-2 Securitization Date and prior to the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the Note A-2 PSA and (b) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the Note A-1 PSA.

  • BPSAA means the Broader Public Sector Accountability Act, 2010 and regulations made under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;

  • Commercial derivative military article means an item acquired by the Department of Defense that is or will be produced using the same production facilities, a common supply chain, and the same or similar production processes that are used for the production of articles predominantly used by the general public or by nongovernmental entities for purposes other than governmental purposes.

  • Commercial sex act means any sex act on account of which anything of value is given to or received by any person.

  • National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.

  • Gram Sabha means a body consisting of persons registered in the electoral rolls relating to a village comprised within the area of Panchayat at the village level;

  • National Medical Support Notice or “NMSN” shall mean a notice that contains the following information:

  • Item 1119 Party means the Seller, CNHICA, the Servicer, the Indenture Trustee, the Trustee, any underwriter of the Notes, the Asset Representations Reviewer, and any other material transaction party identified by the Seller or CNHICA to the Indenture Trustee or the Trustee in writing.

  • Term SOFR Administrator means CME Group Benchmark Administration Limited (CBA) (or a successor administrator of the Term SOFR Reference Rate selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion).

  • Supplemental Marketing Material means any Issuer Free Writing Communication other than any Issuer Free Writing Communication specified in Schedule B hereto. Supplemental Marketing Materials include, but are not limited to, any Issuer Free Writing Communication listed on Schedule C hereto.

  • Marketing Authorisation means any approval (including all applicable pricing and governmental reimbursement approvals) required from the FDA or relevant Competent Authority to market and sell a Product in a particular country.

  • Note A-2 Special Servicer means the special servicer under the Note A-2 PSA.

  • Qualified Medical Child Support Order means a Medical Child Support Order which creates (including assignment of rights) or recognizes an Alternate Recipient's right to receive benefits to which a Participant or Qualified Beneficiary is eligible under this Plan, and has been determined by the Plan Administrator to meet the qualification requirements as outlined under “Procedures” of this provision.

  • Relevant Electric Retail Regulatory Authority means an entity that has jurisdiction over and establishes prices and policies for competition for providers of retail electric service to end- customers, such as the city council for a municipal utility, the governing board of a cooperative utility, the state public utility commission or any other such entity.
