BlackBerry Software definition

BlackBerry Software or “Software” means any BlackBerry proprietary enterprise software (and any licensed third party software embedded therein) in object code form only (and not source code) provided hereunder, including server software, client software, personal computer software and interfaces and Documentation. BlackBerry Software shall include any upgrades, updates or modified versions of the BlackBerry Software that may be provided to Customer by BlackBerry at its sole discretion, but excludes any Third Party Items.
BlackBerry Software means the various software (including different versions of the same software and all the relevant accompanying packaging and documentation) that is required to operate the mobile data solution available on the Blackberry Handhelds which is made available by Vodafone to the Customer.

  • In most cases the BlackBerry Software License Agreement will be presented to the individual when he or she provisions the BlackBerry Handheld Software for use with BlackBerry Prosumer Services, and is otherwise available from RIM at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇.

  • Customer agrees that it may be required to update BlackBerry Software and/or Third Party Items to continue to access or use the BlackBerry Solution, Third Party Items or portions thereof.

  • This BlackBerry Solution License Agreement (the “Agreement” or “BBSLA”) is a legal agreement between you on behalf of a company or other entity as its representative (“You” or “Customer”) and BlackBerry Limited or its Affiliate for Your jurisdiction as set forth in subsection 12(a) below (“BlackBerry”) regarding the use of certain BlackBerry Software and BlackBerry Services (as defined below).

  • Any amendments or addendums to the previously existing BlackBerry End User/Software License or Blackberry Enterprise Software License Agreements or BlackBerry Software License Agreements or BlackBerry Solution License Agreement under which RIM supplied any software to You, shall be deemed to be amendments or addendums to this Agreement.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement by RIM under Section 6.01 or this Section 7, the rights granted pursuant to this Agreement shall cease and the BSP shall return to RIM any and all marketing materials supplied to BSP by RIM in support of this Agreement and, if applicable, shall certify in writing that all archival or backup copies of the applicable BlackBerry Software has been deleted from any computer system and destroyed.

  • Provisioned Authorized Users will be counted to determine whether a Customer is within (or has exceeded) its licensed usage of the BlackBerry Software.

  • The Parties acknowledge that the Application and certain versions of the BlackBerry Software may operate with a level of data encryption that, as of the Effective Date, may not be exported outside of the United States and Canada without obtaining applicable permits, if at all.

  • The BSP Order Form shall include, at a minimum, the following language on the face of the BSP Order Form substantially similar to the following: "This Order Form, in conjunction with the (enter BSP name) End-User Agreement, constitutes an offer ("Offer") by you or the entity you represent as an authorized signatory (in either case, "You") to rent and/or buy BlackBerry Handheld(s) and Services and to license certain associated BlackBerry Software.

  • The BSP acknowledges that certain versions of the BlackBerry Software operate with a level of data encryption that, as of the Effective Date, may not be exported outside of the United States and Canada without obtaining applicable permits, if at all.

  • The BSP agrees to inform RIM of any known breach by any End-User of the terms of the BlackBerry Software License Agreement and the terms of any applicable End-User Agreement and/or BSP Order Form.

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean ▇▇▇▇▇. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.
