If Emergency does not enter into and provide notice to Verizon of the above referenced arrangement within 180 days of the initial traffic exchange with relevant third party carriers, then Emergency will pay a monthly "Transit Service Billing Fee", as set forth in the Pricing Attachment, in addition to the Tandem Transit Traffic Service charges set forth in the Pricing Attachment.
