Bid Acceptance definition

Bid Acceptance means a Bid Acceptance substantially in the form of Exhibit P hereto with appropriate insertions.
Bid Acceptance means a confirmation email from Riley to the Customer confirming that a Bid has been accepted at which point the Contract for the sale and purchase of the Lot is formed.
Bid Acceptance has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.1.

  • Competitive Bid Accept/Reject Letter means a notification made by a Borrower pursuant to Section 2.03(d) in the form of Exhibit A-4.

  • Assignment and Acceptance Agreement means an assignment and acceptance agreement entered into by a Lender, an Eligible Assignee and the Administrative Agent, and, if required, the Borrower, pursuant to which such Eligible Assignee may become a party to this Agreement, in substantially the form of Exhibit C hereto.
