BFC Material Contract definition

BFC Material Contract means any “material contract” (as such term is defined in Item 601(b)(10) of Regulation S-K of the SEC) to which BFC or any of its Subsidiaries is a party or otherwise relating to or affecting any of their respective assets, properties or operations.
