Beijing Subsidiary definition

Beijing Subsidiary has the meaning ascribed to it in the Preamble to this Agreement.
Beijing Subsidiary means Beijing Huaye Jishi Network Technology Co., Ltd. (北京华业基石网络技术有限公司), a limited liability company established under the laws of the PRC.
