BCPSEA definition

BCPSEA means the British Columbia Public School Employers’ Association, a society incorporated under the Society Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 433.
BCPSEA means the British Columbia Public School Employers' Association which is the accredited organization of British Columbia Boards of Education as established by the Act.
BCPSEA means the British Columbia Public School Employers’ Association, an employers’ association established under s. 6 of the PSEA for boards of school trustees and incorporated as a society under the Society Act.

Examples of BCPSEA in a sentence

  • Grievances of general application may be referred by the local, BCTF, the employer or BCPSEA directly to Step Three of the grievance procedure.

  • Either the BCTF or BCPSEA may request in writing a meeting to review the issues in a provincial matters grievance that has been referred to arbitration.

  • The BCPSEA recognizes the BCTF as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the negotiation and administration of all terms and conditions of employment of all employees within the bargaining unit for which the BCTF is established as the bargaining agent pursuant to PELRA and subject to the provisions of this Collective Agreement.

  • A one-time joint committee of up to four representatives appointed by BCPSEA and up to four representatives appointed by support staff unions will determine the enhancements to be implemented.

For the purpose of this division, “cannabis” does not mean “industrial hemp” as defined by Section 11018.5 of the Health and Safety Code. Cannabis and the term “marijuana” may be used interchangeably.

  • L.S.D. means lysergic acid diethylamide.
