Bank für Arbeit und Wirtschaft und Österreichische Postsparkasse Aktiengesellschaft, any of its subsidiaries (and any predecessors thereof) including but not limited to, BAWAG Overseas Inc. (“BAWAG Overseas”) and Alinea Holding GmbH (“Alinea”), directors, officers, employees, affiliates, representatives, advisors, agents, attorneys, associates or any other person acting on their behalf.
