Basic Contractor definition

Basic Contractor means any new contractor entering the Contractor Pool unless otherwise determined by Clean Energy Works or a contractor with previous experience in the Contractor Pool that has professional or High Road Standard deficiencies and a Clean Energy Works approved path for resolution, as determined by Clean Energy Works in its sole discretion. Basic Contractors will have access to the same services and incentives as those available to Full Contractors for any customers they recruit as evidenced by a customer’s submission of a particular contractor’s Instant Rebate Code. A Basic Contractor will not receive Allocations except as otherwise determined by Clean Energy Works.
