Baseline CPM Schedule definition

Baseline CPM Schedule means the Level III detailed resource work-hour loaded critical path method schedule that incorporates all of the Key Date Items and reflects the Milestones, as attached hereto as Appendix E-2, and which, if Owner issues the Full Notice to Proceed pursuant to Section 4.2.1(a)(ii), (A), (iv) or (v), shall be updated pursuant to Section 4.2.3. Upon any such update pursuant to Section 4.2.3, such updated schedule shall be deemed the Baseline CPM Schedule for all purposes hereunder.

Examples of Baseline CPM Schedule in a sentence

  • The Summary Schedule Comparison shall condense key tasks, events, Work sequences, and Milestone Dates, vertically aligning a condensed graphical Baseline CPM Schedule, the then-current Project Schedule, and the updated Progress and Completion Schedule on one document, employing identically time-scaled grids.

  • Upon approval, the Baseline CPM Schedule shall thereafter remain unchanged as a record for comparison.

  • Once approved by UGAA, the Baseline CPM Schedule will become the initial approved “Project Schedule.” Project Schedules shall contain the data required under ¶¶ VI(D) and VI(E) and other information that may be required by the ADR.

  • No extension of the Construction Duration shall be allowed unless the total float in the latest accepted Baseline CPM Schedule has been exhausted.

  • Without limitation, if the Contractor proposes a Baseline CPM Schedule indicating a date of Substantial Completion for the Work (or any part thereof) which is earlier than the Construction Duration, the Contractor shall not be entitled to additional payment or compensation of any kind if, for any reason, the full Construction Duration is required to achieve Substantial Completion of the Work or part thereof.

  • The Airport Authority’s review and approval or acceptance of the Baseline CPM Schedule shall not constitute approval or acceptance by the Airport Authority of the durations or relationships of individual activities reflected in the schedule, nor otherwise affect the Contractor’s sole responsibility for the schedule.

  • If as a result of the Progress Schedule Update, revisions to the Baseline CPM Schedule are necessary so that the Baseline CPM Schedule will reflect the actual progress and sequence of the Work, the Airport Authority may request, and the Contractor shall submit, revisions to the Baseline CPM Schedule as provided herein.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.
