Bar Date To Opt Out definition

Bar Date To Opt Out shall be the date set by the Court as the deadline for Class Members to opt out. The Bar Date shall be thirty (30) days after the date the Notice (defined below) must be delivered to the Class Members.
Bar Date To Opt Out means thirty (30) days after the date set by the Court to send the Email Notice and Post Card Notice.
Bar Date To Opt Out means the day thirty (30) days after the date on which the Settlement Administrator has first sent Notice to the Class as provided in this Agreement.
