Balanced development definition

Balanced development means overcoming many structural imbal- ances in China’s economy. These imbalances include the following: the imbalance between the coast and the interior; the imbalance between endogenous development and export-oriented growth; the imbalance between quantity and quality; the imbalance between labor and capital; the imbalance between humans and nature; the imbalance between inno- vation and introduction; etc.

  • Planned development means a real property development other than a community apartment project, a condominium project, or a stock cooperative, having either or both of the following features:

  • Transit-oriented development means infrastructure improvements that are located within 1/2 mile of a transit station or transit-oriented facility that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use as determined by the board and approved by the municipality in which it is located.
